Shi loves to play with her new favorite toy, whom I call "Ollie" (she's obviously an octopus) and Nick calls "the squid"... (the differences between the two? See here). We have about 10-15minutes of playtime as part of the new bedtime routine, and Shi has learned a new skill... whenever Ollie is placed on baby girl's tummy, she will draw her legs up and wrap both arms around the toy to bring her up to her mouth. Mmmboy, who wouldn't want to sample one of those tasty, colorful tentacles?!? : )
***DISCLAIMER*** While it may appear to some that baby girl is making an inappropriate gesture in the third photo, I can assure you that this is not so!! She is way too sweet and innocent to be capable of such an atrocity. :P
