What is it that makes my daughter so very sweet? Could it be all of the treats she enjoyed this weekend to celebrate her birthday? Whatever it is, she is all too precious and brings such joy into our lives.
This evening, I was putting her to bed and as I was brushing her hair out of her face, I must have looked concerned about something because she put her hand on my shoulder and said, "Don't worry, Mommy, I'm here. I'm here and I love you."
It is moments like that I hope I am always able to remember!
