life's calling

so i had this revelation of what i was maybe really supposed to do with my life... and it involves writing food dish descriptions for restaurant menus! could there be anything more suited for me?!? i LOVE food, and i love writing--i just don't make time to do it anymore. here, let me give it the old college try:

chicken tetrazzini
two generous pan-seared breasts of chicken, diced and nestled among
a bed of whole wheat linguine and sliced mushrooms,
complemented by a garlic cream and three cheese sauce
with a hint of sherry.
hmm... i think i'm hungry. so, anyone know how i can get into this? ;) my PT degree should help me somewhere along the lines, right? ha!
