Easter 2009 with the Bennetts

On Saturday, we took our still-recovering-from-being-sick baby girl (she'd been battling a stomach virus) and ventured a bit west to Owensboro to spend Easter weekend with my side of the family. Poor Shi still wasn't herself, as you'll be able to tell from some of the photos. However, overall we had a nice visit with my family and we were able to watch our daughter grow closer to several of the family members, as she's beginning to remember them in between trips now. Here are a few photos of Shiloh coloring Easter eggs for the first time, her Easter basket, and then our Sunday afternoon meal together.

"What do you want??"

Shi forgot to "deeze!" (cheese)

Bubbles are such funny things.

Here, she is sampling her new favorite treat, thanks to Aunts Laura and Karen: the M & M!!
Her aunts introduced her to M & M's... yum!!

Hmm? Cupcake? No, I haven't had any... why?

Happy Easter, friends and family!
