Hey Mommas -- just wanted to share this neat brochure about just why-in-the-world "tummy time" is so important for those precious little ones ... and some ideas and activities to incorporate it into daily activities such as playing, feeding, diapering, carrying, etc. It also includes some broader, more general suggestions for techniques to help your little bundle of joy grow and develop in a healthy manner!! Note: Goofy hats are not a prerequesite for tummy time, but they do make it a little more entertaining!!
